In 2023, I created a Celestial calendar for myself, so I could increase my awareness of the rhythms of nature and the cosmos. I participated in sacred celebrations of the sabbats, chanted to Vedic Gods on Auspicious Days, and changed my way of being based on the current moon phase. The result was improved health, wellbeing, and increased self awareness. The more in tune with nature I am, the more in tune with my soul I feel. And vice versa. I experienced a lot of pure joy from celebrating and honoring divine and celestial energies. At the end of 2023, I feel grounded, whole, and complete.

The intention of this calendar is to increase your awareness of the patterns of nature and your interdependent relationship to them. These celestial energies are always affecting you. You have no choice in the matter. When you accept this and live in harmony with the patterns of nature, a natural and easy way of being unfolds.
I did not include conventional holidays (Christmas, Valentines, etc) because they are not specifically connected to celestial or divine energies. Of course, you may edit and add in any and all other holidays you celebrate. Your birthday (Solar Return) is definitely a celestial day you should celebrate! I hope to continue adding more celestial days to the calendar in the future, but for now, this is a great start to get in tune with nature.
